Approval & Settlement

Once approved, we will meet with you for review of your documents, giving you an opportunity to ask any questions and be clear on exactly what it is you are signing, we will then act as the main point of contact for the entire settlement process.

Who we are

Kristy Atkins, Director

Kristy is here to help provide clarity in an industry that is often unclear, to help save you time and money and help guide you through the many options.

Kristy has worked in Business and Commercial Banking for over 15 years. Given her banking background she is deeply skilled at understanding the financial performance of individuals and businesses.

Having grown up in rural North West NSW, Kristy has had exposure to all walks of life, having lived and worked in the country for 18 years, Kristy made the move to Newcastle and later Sydney where she now calls home. These lived experiences, have helped shape Kristy into the authentic and relatable person she is.

After working directly with some of the industry’s best brokers for the past 5 years, Kristy has seen a real opportunity to level up the playing field, providing more options for clients when it comes to choosing a broker. With two small girls of her own, Kristy hopes to be a role model for their future, whatever it may be.

Sarah Cooper, Director

Sarah is passionate about putting relationships first and being there to reduce the hassle of clients dealing directly with lenders.

For the past 6 years, Sarah has worked across several different Business and Commercial roles. This has given her the experience and an understanding of individuals and businesses lending requirements to help deliver outcomes to match their goals.  

Similar to Kristy, Sarah grew up in a small country town on the Mid-North Coast which has helped shape Sarah’s genuine nature and desire to understand people on a deeper level.

Completing a post graduate law degree on the side purely out of interest, Sarah is a committed and determined individual who won’t stop until the job is done.
